The cotton desk that reads its own mail.

Counterparty recaps, amendments and shipping documents become contract records — each one shown as a legible diff before it is written, with the sentence it came from attached.

A configuration write: the diff is shown, and confirming writes it.

A defoliated cotton field ready for picking, rows of open bolls converging toward the horizon.

What a desk does instead

Retypes the recap

The terms are already written in the email. They get keyed into a spreadsheet a second time, and the second copy is the one everyone works from.

Assembles the balance by hand

What is fixed, what has shipped, what is still owed — gathered per contract, on request, from wherever it was last recorded.

Cannot find the figure again

When a number is questioned six months later, the mail that produced it has to be hunted down before anyone can answer.

How it works

Three steps, and a human decides the last one.

  1. 01

    Mail arrives

Forward or Cc your deal address. Recaps, amendments, invoices and shipping documents are read as they land.

  2. 02

    The model proposes

Extracted terms become a proposed change against a contract you already hold. Nothing is written yet, and a counterparty is never created behind your back.

  3. 03

    You confirm

The change is shown as a diff, beside the sentence it came from. Confirming writes it; rejecting discards it. The ceremony gets heavier as the money does.

Built to be questioned

Every neighbouring copilot automates. This one automates accountably — and the difference is enforced in the data model, not promised in the copy.

Every figure carries its source

An AI-derived value shows the quote it was read from, per field. A figure without reachable provenance is treated as a bug.

Every write is a diff first

Current versus proposed, before anything changes. A filing needs no card; a configuration change shows one; a money-ledger entry takes a deliberate click and will not accept a keystroke.

The ledger only appends

Settlements and commission entries are never edited or deleted. A correction is an offsetting entry, so the history stays whole.

The book is a record of cotton that physically exists.

One plan. No seats.

37¢per tonne

The first 1,000 tonnes are free — lifetime, cumulative.

After that, a flat 37¢ per tonne of contract quantity, about 8¢ per 480 lb bale. No base fee, no seat cap, no feature tiers, and AI usage is included rather than metered against you.

Billed from a prepaid balance you top up when it suits you.
